Leadership Development exists to partner with you in this mission. We provide the intentional, Christ-centered environments your camper needs to encounter Jesus, deepen their faith, and transform how they view themselves and others.

Leadership Sessions
Leadership Development consists of 3 levels: Nehemiah Team, Timothy Team, and Soma. Campers must begin with the Nehemiah Team regardless of their age. View details on a session to learn more about each program.
Cultivating Tomorrow's Leaders Today
The focus of the Leadership Development program is to create a space and experience for campers to encounter Jesus in a way that produces heart change. Heart change leads to a shift in perspective that inspires us to lean into the life of Jesus and furthermore, become people who lead as He does. It is our belief that leadership is a byproduct of deeply knowing and loving the Lord and that one changed life can lead to many changed lives. Our campers walk through a three-tiered program with three different, but synonymous focuses: Servant Leadership, Self-Leadership, and Participation in the body of Christ.
Teens Need Camp.
As a parent of a teen or pre-teen, you are probably well aware of the major changes taking place in their lives. They are trying to find their own identity and community, trying to figure out their faith, and trying to learn how to filter out the noise of this world. You are no doubt looking for every opportunity you can to help your teen navigate through those changes with confidence. In the Leadership Development program, teens will find belonging in authentic biblical community, gain confidence by experiencing new and hard things in a safe environment, and they are absolutely 100% guaranteed to hear the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
