Take the stress out of race weekend by staying right here at New Life Ranch. When you book the retreat package, everything is taken care of - lodging, meals, and activities - so you can focus on running and/or riding your best. No early morning driving, no scrambling for food, no worrying about logistics. Just wake up steps away from the starting line, enjoy hearty meals prepared for you, and relax in the beautiful camp setting that makes New Life Ranch unique.
Not only will you save valuable time and money by keeping it all in one place, you’ll also get a taste of the full camp and retreat experience - fun, community, and rest built right in!
Do I have to be racing to stay for the retreat?
Nope, come stay the weekend to get a feel for what New Life Ranch is all about and get away with your family/friends.
Volunteer
You are needed!
So, you are not up for running the trails of New Life Ranch but want to help make this a great event? You are needed! Without hard working, enthusiastic people supporting the runners, there would not be a race. People of any talent and physical ability are wanted. Come and join us. It will be a rewarding and fun experience.
Volunteers are needed for:
- Trail Maintenance
- Pre Event Prep
- Registration/Packet Pick-up
- Starting / Finish Line
- Set-Up/Break-Down
- Course Marshal
- Aid Station Volunteer
- First Aid (for appropriate medical professionals)
- Finish Line medals, race food, etc…
- Post Event tear-down
Volunteers will receive an email about one week before race, which will provide more details including where to meet, what to expect and other helpful information. We would love having our volunteers spend Friday & Saturday evening at New Life Ranch. This will provide time to finalize race prep, get trained and be ready for race day.
