Launching Christlike Leaders
New Life Ranch desires to equip and launch Christlike leaders into the world to make a difference for the Kingdom of God. With the mission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry, New Life Ranch summer programs serve to establish a firm foundation of faith in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and build upon it servant leaders who are equipped to lead others in a faithful life of following Christ, Our camper trail map shows the journey campers take through their summers at New Life Ranch.
Developing the Future
Regardless of how much time a camper spends with us, we want to play a part in their spiritual growth. Beginning with Day Camp and ending with Soma Team, our summer programs build on the previous experience, always pointing campers towards becoming Christlike Leaders. Each program focuses on specific areas of faith development that are developmentally appropriate for that camper, and activities and experiences support those goals.
Sparking Curiosity
Every journey starts with curiosity. At New Life Ranch Day Camp, young campers from Kindergarten to 4th grade are introduced to Christ's love and creation. This program ignites their curiosity about God's love and the Gospel, encouraging them to explore and learn through new adventures.
Knowing & Finding
Jr. Camp is a one-week overnight camp for 2nd-6th graders, focusing on understanding the Gospel and discovering their identity in Christ. Campers learn about their need for Jesus as their Savior and explore their identity as loved and forgiven children of God.
So What?
As campers progress, they gain confidence and explore new paths. In Sr. Camp, for 7th-12th graders, they learn to contribute to the Kingdom of God and embrace vulnerability. This stage challenges them to move beyond being consumers and to engage in authentic relationships, fostering a life of service and community.
Now What?
As you gain confidence in hiking, you seek more challenging trails. The Leadership Development Program, for 10th-12th graders, offers a three-year journey to deepen your relationship with God and enhance leadership skills. It builds on the Gospel foundation, encouraging campers to be contributors, not consumers, through increased challenges and responsibilities.
