Buckaroo Bunkhouse
Buckaroo Bunkhouse is wheelchair accessible and has 4 individual motel style rooms. Each room has a private bath, queen bed, and twin bunk bed. Buckaroo is a great place for speakers, or group leaders to stay during a retreat. Linens are provided. There is an extra $30 a night charge for Buckaroo.
Oklahoma Land Bureau
OKLAHOMA LAND BUREAU has 6 individual hotel rooms, each with a private bath, 2 queen beds, and a kitchenette. These hotel rooms are a great place for speakers, or group leaders to stay during a retreat. Linens are provided. There is an extra $30 a night charge for each hotel room.
Palace Hotel
The Palace Hotel has 7 individual rooms, each with 2 queen beds and a private bath. The palace hotel also has a lobby with a kitchenette. These hotel rooms are a great place for speakers, or group leaders to stay during a retreat. Linens are provided. There is an extra $30 a night charge for each hotel room.

Town Hall
Town Hall seats 700 people, and has a 24-channel mixer with HDMI output to projectors.

General Use Facilities

Lakeside Grill
The Lakeside Grill consists of 3 dining areas. The main dining area sits around 180, the lower dining area seats 120, and the formal dining area sits 88. There is also seating for around 50 on the patio. All meals in the Lakeside Grill are all-you-can eat, and don’t worry about the cleanup, we will take care of it!
Normal meal times are 8:00 for breakfast, 12:00 for lunch, and 5:30 for dinner. Please let us know if you would like to adjust these meal times.
Union Station
If it’s just too hot, or just too cold, outside, UNION STATION is the place to be! This general rec area has several games (ping pong, board games, lawn games) as well as a miniature climbing wall.

Bump, set, spike! Our sand volleyball court is ready for a big group game of volleyball or nukem.

New Life Ranch is a non-profit ministry and therefore all charges are set based off of meal costs, staffing needs, and operating expenses. We attempt to keep costs as affordable as possible for all our guest services. Prices are per person.
Standard Rates (valid through December 31, 2026)
1 Night + 3 Meals = $79
1 Night + 4 Meals = $86
2 Night + 4 Meals = $124
2 Night + 5 Meals = $131
3 Night + 7 Meals = $193
3 Night + 8 Meals = $200
Motels are an additional $45 per room per night
Child Rates for Family Retreats
Birth – 2 Years : FREE
3 – 6 Years : 50% off the Standard Rate
7 – 12 Years : 25% off the Standard Rate
ADDITIONAL INFO
Minimum stay for a weekend group: 1 NIGHT + 3 MEALS
Meals: NLR provides all meals for our guests.
Minimum Group size: 25 PEOPLE (ask about exceptions)
Exclusive Use of the Grounds: 400 PEOPLE or 40 FAMILIES
Group of 150 or more receive 5% off the Standard Rate

- Camp Clothes- Modest clothing suitable for physical activity
- Laundry Bag
- If you will be doing a trail ride, they will need long pants and closed-toed shoes
- Jacket/Rain Jacket- for cool nights and rainy days.
- Bedding- pillow, sheets and blanket, or sleeping bag for a twin bed.
- Towels and washcloths
- Personal hygiene items
- Sunscreen and insect repellent
- Closed-toe/tennis shoes- bring multiple pairs in case it rains!
- Creek shoes or sandals with back-straps
- Flashlight
- Bible, notebook, and pen.
Free Retreats
Free personal or family retreats for Full-Time Ministry Staff!
For those in full-time ministry, NLR offers free get-aways. Any available motel unit is offered at no charge for up to 3 nights if we are contacted in advance. Guests taking advantage of this option are also welcome to join us free of charge for any meals being served during their stay.
This is a great (and inexpensive) option for your pastor! This is separate from a church retreat and does not apply to a staff retreat. If you are pastor or missionary interested in staying a NLR for a personal retreat please fill out the form below.
