2026 Summer Support Staff

February 6, 2026

Dear New Life Ranch Parents,

We hope you and your family are doing well! As your student prepares for the next season of life, we wanted to share an exciting opportunity available at New Life Ranch. We are accepting applications for our 2026 Summer Support Staff, and students graduating in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.

Why Consider Summer Staff at New Life Ranch?

Our summer staff program is more than just a job—it’s a meaningful season of growth, ministry, and community. Students who serve on staff:

  • Live on-site throughout the summer
  • Build strong friendships and teamwork skills
  • Participate in Bible study and spiritual development
  • Serve in the mission of encouraging and supporting campers
  • Gain valuable life and work experience

Many parents tell us that this summer becomes a formative season for their child’s faith, character, and confidence.

What If My Student Hasn’t Completed the Leadership Development Program at New Life Ranch?

Students who have not completed our Leadership Development (LD) program are still eligible to apply after high school graduation. Available positions include:

  • Lifeguard
  • Dining Hall
  • Maintenance
  • Grounds
  • Activities

These roles are essential to our ministry and provide excellent opportunities for growth and service. Positions are available at both of our locations: Frontier Cove and Flint Valley.

How to Apply

Applications can be found on our website!

Visit www.newliferanch.com/about/summer-staff and click on “Summer Staff” for more information and application details.

We would love for your student to consider joining our summer team and continuing their journey with New Life Ranch. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for partnering with us in investing in the lives of young people.

Warmly,
Kim Mills
