Right Lead mentors and students work together to do chores, including cleaning stalls and grooming and saddling horses, During the riding time mentors have the opportunity to encourage and give assistance when needed. In every class thee is one-on-one time for the mentor and student to step away from the group for a time of discussion, connection and prayer.
