Winter Day Camp

Winter Day Camp is for kids in kindergarten through 5th grade.

Drop-off is between 8:30-9:00am.
Pick-up is between 4:45-5:00pm.
There will be a Winter Day Camp closing for friends and family at 4:00pm on Friday

We’ll be running a shuttle in NWA from the 540 corridor for $25. This shuttle has very limited space.

Pick-up for the shuttle is 8:00am.

My camper didn’t attend Day Camp this summer. Can they attend Winter Day Camp? Absolutely! Whether your camper is a veteran summer day camper or new to New Life Ranch, we’d love to have them at Winter Day Camp!

What if there is bad weather? In the event of bad weather, we will notify you via phone and email. If roads are dangerous, please stay home! We will pro-rate or refund the expense if we have to cancel due to bad weather.

What does my camper need to bring? Your camper will be inside most of the day, but please send them dressed warm – bring those hats, scarves, gloves, coats, etc.! Also, please label your items so we are able to return any misplaced items. They may also bring a backpack with a Bible, pen, and water bottle. We will provide lunch and snacks.

Will my camper be outside? Most of our activities will be indoors, however campers will have to go outside to get to different buildings for different activities. If it is warm enough, we may be able to do some activities on the ropes course or other outdoor areas of camp.

What sort of activities will my camper be doing? We’ll have all the usual camp songs, skits, and games at Flock Fiesta each morning. We’ll also have Chapel and Bible study times. Activity classes will include games in the gym, special winter art classes, indoor scavenger hunts, and team-building activities. If the weather is warm enough, campers will spend time at the barn, on the ropes course, and doing outdoor games like wiffle ball!

What time is drop off and pick up at New Life Ranch? You may drop off your camper each morning between 8:30am and 9:00am. On Monday and Tuesday, pick up is between 4:45pm and 5:00pm. On Wednesday, we will have a Winter Day Camp Closing at 2:00pm – family and friends are invited!

Are there daily dress up themes like in the summer? Nope, we just want your campers to dress warm!

Can I apply for a scholarship for Winter Day Camp? Absolutely! At the end of registration, on the payment screen, indicate that you would like to apply for a scholarship.

Here are some things to know now that you are registered for camp!

NWA shuttle ($25)

We are excited to offer a Day Camp shuttle for campers from Northwest Arkansas. We pick up at Ozark Center Pointe Place in Springdale at 8:00am each morning, and we drop off at 5:30pm.
The cost is $25 per camper.

Packing List

You don’t have to worry about packing for overnight, but there are still a few things that would be good for your camper to have. Be sure to mark all clothing and accessories with your camper’s name. Here’s what we suggest you bring:

A bag or back-pack. All your clothes and accessories must fit in this bag.
Warm clothing suitable for physical activity – no short shorts or mini skirts.
Bible, notebook, and pen
Any prescription medications

Don’t Bring This Stuff
Pets, cash, tobacco in any form, alcoholic beverages, drugs (including non-prescription), lighters, matches, weapons, fireworks, radios, mp3 or CD players, electronic game systems, cell phones, pagers, roller blades, skateboards, video games, magazines, or sexually explicit literature or items or any kind.

Overnight Packing List

Here are a few things that would be good for your camper to have. We’ll provide tents and tarps. Be sure to mark all clothing and accessories with your camper’s name. Here’s what we suggest you bring:
