Team building is great for youth groups, athletic teams, school administrations, church staff, and volunteer leaders. Common areas of focus are communication, encouragement, deeper sharing, goal setting skills, and trust. Team Building programs are highly customizable experiences that we will design to fit your unique goals. Using games, problem solving activities, guided reflection, and high ropes elements, we create a sequence of experiences that challenge groups to become more effective teams. As your group takes these lessons home they will become a more effective body of Christ in daily activities together. We can design a half day, full day, or multi-day experience to focus on the goals you identify for you group. Talk to us about the vision you have for your group and how we can work together with God to make that vision a reality.
