Guide to Camp
Here is our 2010 Guide to Camp! In the spring we will make available our Guide to Camp for Summer 2011.

To make checking in for your week of camp as quick and easy as possible please be sure to have everything on this list done at least two weeks before you come to camp.
Fill in the online health form - It can be found at https://www.newliferanch.com/Register/HealthForm.aspx
Pay your Balance - Please pay any remaining balance on your account two weeks before you arrive. For balance information please call 918.422.5506 or email Registrar@newliferanch.com. Your balance can be paid online.
Pay Canteen Deposit - The Canteen is our snack shop where campers will have chances to buy snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. A Canteen Deposit is optional, but campers will not be allowed to use cash. Canteen Deposits can be made online.
Send NLR a paintball release form - If your camper will be playing paintball we must have a paintball release form on file.
Download the Camper Medication form For fast and easy check-in have this form and your campers medication ready when you bring them to camp.
Time to pack! Here is the stuff you will need to bring!
- Modest clothing suitable for physical activity - no short shorts or mini skirts. One piece bathing suits only-no tankinis.
- Friday evening Chapel dress clothes (slacks and dress shirt for guys and a skirt/dress for girls). This is not required but is a tradition.
- Jeans or pants and covered shoes forHorseback riding
- Creek shoes or sandals
- Bible, notebook, and pen
- Theme clothing if desired - eg. western clothes for western week (BE CREATIVE!)
- A sleeping bag for Senior campers
- Bedding for twin beds (sheets, pillow or sleeping bag)
- Personal hygiene items
- Towels and washcloths
- Flashlight
- Any prescription medications
- Insect repellent
- Sunscreen
- Jacket for cool nights
Don’t Bring This Stuff:
Pets, cash, tobacco in any form, alcoholic beverages, drugs (including non-prescription), lighters, matches, weapons, fireworks, radios, mp3 or CD players, electronic game systems, cell phones, pagers, roller blades, skateboards, video games, magazines, or sexually explicit literature or items or any kind.
Before camp starts:
- Fill out an online Health Form
- Pay balance
- Pay Canteen deposit
- Send in paintball release form (if applicable)
During Camp:
- Send packages or letters to :

At the End of Camp:
When you come to pick up your camper on Saturday:
- Complete check out sheet at your camper’s cabin by 9:15 am
- Meet in the Chapel at 9:30 All Camp Finale & Video
- Check the Lost and Found and pick up medication in the Chapel
After Camp:
- Give us your feedback by filling out a parent evaluation
- Talk to your camper about their week of camp

Check-in: Sunday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm
Check-out: Saturday, 8:45am - 9:15am. Join us in the Chapel at 9:30 for All Camp Finale & Video.
Directions:
NLR is located four miles west of Siloam Springs, AR, and three miles north of Highway 412. You can locate the Ranch by looking for the blue signs that point north and say “New Life Ranch.” Download a map(pdf).
From Tulsa:
Turn left at the T-C Western Store. The turn will be approximately 4 miles after the end of the Cherokee Turnpike, and will be the first left hand turn after you pass Anderson’s Propane.
From Arkansas:
Turn right after the at the T-C Western Store, approximately four miles west of Siloam Springs.
